• Intervention in the drafting of the contract with the concessionaire with regard to:
  1. Material selection for each building activity
  2. Construction method outline for each activity at every work stage
• Perform as key engineering person for customer and project team and provide consultation on formulating details and requirements for good quality and on time project completion.
• Construction project management with regard to time schedule, activity progress and milestones
• Ensure that construction is progressing according to quality standards set and estimated budget and report to client.
• Resolve any issues and problems arising onsite, closing out any possible gaps and addressing any unforeseen risks.
• Documenting and reporting to the required authorities according to Greek regulations (i. e Archaeology, Social Security, Municipality, etc), keeping on top of paperwork

Legality check – Renovation – Cost estimation

The project is an incomplete building in Agios Demetrios Attiki. Our team was hired to make an assessment of the structure according to the new Legislation on illegal building works in Greece and propose improvements. In more detail:

• Legality check of the building by examining the planning permission, related documents and relevant blueprints.
• On site visual inspection. Property Valuation. Reconstruction cost estimation (preliminary).
• Reconstruction proposal (architectural design) and reconstruction cost estimation. Promotion to reliable real estate agents.
