The specific project concerns the construction of a two story cottage on a plot of a 240 sq. m. in the area of Porto Rafti. It consists of two floors (27 sq. m. each) connected to an internal and external staircase, the first floor contains a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace of 20sq.m. to relax and enjoy the beautifull sunsets of Greece .
